AND WE do set out allot award and assign unto and for Jonathan Acklom of Wiseton in the County of Nottingham Esquire his heirs and assigns in severalty the two several Allotments or parcels of land next hereafter mentioned and described that is to say

Five acres one rood and twenty perches of land more or less lying in a place called Harper Lane being part of the said West Common and bounded by an Antient lane leading from Holme aforesaid to Major Bridge on or towards the North by antient enclosed lands in the said parish of Holme on or towards the East and West and by other lands herein awarded to the said Jonathan Acklom on or towards the south.
AND We do order award and direct that the said Jonathan Acklom his heirs and assigns shall make and for ever maintain a sufficient Ditch and Fence on the North end of this Allotment to divide the same from the said last mentioned Lane

AND ALSO Sixty Nine Acres and one Rood of land more or less lying on the said West Common in and bounded by antient enclosed lands of and lands herein awarded to the said Jonathan Acklom and by a private way or road on or towards the East by lands herein awarded to William Savage in or towards the south and by the River Foulney on or towards the West
AND WE do order award and direct that the said Jonathan Acklom his hiers and assigns shall and for ever maintain a sufficient Ditch and Fence on that part of the North side of this allotment which adjoins on the said private Way or Road and on the whole of the east end thereof to divide the same from the lands so awarded to the said Mr Walker
which said two several last mentioned Allotments are so allotted and awarded to the said Jonathan Acklom for or in respect of one Common Right House and one Frontstead and sixty acres three roods and Thirty two perches of Antient enclosed land or thereabouts belonging to him and now or late in the tenure or occupation of George Goody
