AND WE do set out allot and assign unto and for Dorothy Akit of Holme aforesaid Widow in severalty the two several Allotments or parcels of Land next hereinafter mentioned and described (that is to say)

Twenty three Acres and Two Roods of land more or less lying in the said South Field and West Common and in certain lands or grounds taken or enclosed from the said South Field within sixty years next before the passing of the said Act and bounded by a Public Highway or Road herein awarded and called the Navigation Road on or towards the North by lands herein awarded to the said Bernard Clarkson and his wife on or towards the east by the said Wholsea Road on or towards the south and by lands herein awarded to George Gibson on or towards the west
AND WE do order award and direct that the said Dorothy Akit and the owners or occupiers of this Allotment for the time being shall make and for ever hereafter maintain a sufficient Ditch and Fence on the North and South ends and West side thereof to divide the same from the said two mentioned Road and the Lands so awarded to the said George Gibson

AND ALSO Twenty Acre one rood ad Twenty perches of land more or less lying on the said West Common and bounded by lands herein awarded to the Trustees for the Poor of Holme aforesaid on or towards the North by lands herein awarded to the said Bernard Clarkson and his wife on or towards the East by Drain Road on or towards the South and by the said Howden Road on or towards the west
AND WE do award and direct that the said Dorothy Akit and the owners or occupiers of this Allotment for the time being shall make and for ever hereafter maintain a sufficient Ditch and Fence on the North side and West side of this Allotment to divide the same from the Lands so awarded to the said Trustees for the Poor of Holme and the said Howden Road And also a sufficient Fence upon the North Bank of the Drain at the South Side thereof
which said two several last mentioned Allotments are so awarded to the said Dorothy Akit widow and in lieu of Thirty two Acres and thirty one perches of land lately lying dispersed in the said several fields and Ings or Meadow Grounds and in respect of One Common Right House and Garth in Holme aforesaid containing One acre Twenty perches with the appurtenance thereunto belonging lately occupied by William Akit deceased
