AND WE do order award and direct that the said Bernard Clarkson his said wife and the Owners or occupiers of this Allotment for the time being shall make and for ever maintain a sufficient fence on the East Bank of the Drain or Sewer already made on the West side of this Allotment to divide the same from the lands herein severally awarded to Widow Akit the Trustees for the Poor of Holme Gregory Langton for getting Sand and Gravel the Heirs or Assigns of William Riley and Francis Leake and shall also make and for ever hereafter maintain a sufficient Ditch and Fence on the north end of this Allotment to divide the same from the said Wholsea Road And also a sufficient fence upon the North Bank of the Drain at the South end thereof
WHICH said six several last mentioned allotments are so allotted and awarded to the said Bernard Clarkson and his said wife for and in lieu of One Hundred Acres two roods and twenty six perches of land lately lying dispersed in the said Fields Carr Ings or Meadow Grounds and in respect of Twelve Common Right Houses or Frontsteads and seventy two Acres and one rood or thereabouts of antient enclosed Lands or grounds in the said Parish of Holme belonging to the said Bernard Clarkson in right of his said Wife and all now or late in the tenure or occupation of Jane Berry John Holt Anthony Waldby Henry Stubbins Mary Matthew Widow Watson Thomas Morley William Linwood Marmaduke Turner Widow Wilberfoss and Widow Garnett or some of them
