AND WE do set out allot award and assign unto and for John Blanshard of Seaton Ross in the said County of York Cordwainer his heirs and assigns in severalty the two several allotments or parcels of land next hereinafter mentioned and described (that is to say)

One acre two roods and twenty five perches of land more or less lying in a certain part of the said West Common called Spend Lane bounded by a private way or road herein awarded and called Spend Lane on or towards the north by lands herein awarded to the said William Preston on or towards the east by antient enclosed lands in the said Parish of Holme on or towards the south and by another Private Way or Road on or towards the West
AND WE do order award and direct that the said John Blanshard his heirs or assigns shall make and for ever maintain a sufficient Ditch and fence on the North side and West end of this Allotment to divide the same from the said two last mentioned Roads

AND ALSO Fourteen Acres and One Rood of Land more or less lying in a certain part of the said West Common called the Moors and bounded by lands herein awarded to William Savage on or towards the north by a private way or road on or towards the east by a public way or road herein awarded and called the Water End Road on or towards the south and by lands herein awarded to Robert White on or towards the west
AND WE do order and direct that the said John Blanshard his heirs and assigns shall make and for ever after maintain a sufficient ditch and fence on the east and south end of this allotment to divide the same from the two last mentioned Roads
Which said two several last mentioned allotments are so allotted and awarded to the said John Blanshard for and in lieu of Two Acres and two roods and twenty five perches of land lying in the East Ings and in respect of one Common Right House and five Acres two roods and eight perches or there abouts of antient enclosed Lands with the appurtenances in the Parish of Holme aforesaid lately occupied by Robert Oxtoby
